Paint each other

Paint portraits of each other, reveal them at the same time, and let artistic talent be the least important part of the night.

Set up two painting stations facing each other and choose a simple time limit, such as 45 minutes. Paint each other’s portrait without letting the other person see the work in progress. Halfway through, allow one dramatic pose change or one ridiculous accessory if you want to make it harder. Reveal both portraits at the same time and give out completely unserious awards such as most flattering, most recognizable, or most likely to haunt the hallway. Write the date on the back and keep both paintings, even if they are terrible.
