Learn the moves together. Then decide who is putting on the show.

Use a beginner sensual-movement tutorial privately, then take turns turning the same few moves into one playful solo performance for each other.
Choose a beginner sensual-movement or confidence-focused dance tutorial that is designed for private practice and does not require prior dance skill. Spend about twenty minutes learning three simple movements together; this is not a salsa lesson and there is no need to learn partnered choreography. Laugh through the awkward parts and keep only moves that feel natural. Turn the tutorial off. Each person gets five minutes alone to decide how they want to combine the same three movements into one short private performance. One partner watches while the other performs for a single song, then switch. Finish by choosing one song and moving together freely with no lesson or correct steps. Solo performance is optional; if someone becomes uncomfortable, do the whole final section together. Clothing and filming are always controlled by the person performing.
